Overview
When you differentiate the world, you see less variety.
Take professional surnames like smith, carpenter, dyer, tanner, etc.
The first order derivative is just "worker".
So, abstract job titles and career trajectories into talent profiles. The degree of diversity drops precipitously.
Here's an idea. Take the ratio of SAT sections, math and verbal. Isolate people with equal scores. Don't worry about the magnitude of the scores, only their ratio.
Are same-score folks structurally disadvanted by the job market? And if entrepreneurship is the correction, is the three-founder startup their ideal vehicle? If so, should that directive be formalized into Triangle Theory? Could this lead to social inflection?

Book
After discussions are held, critically showcasing opposing and adverse viewpoints,
then we can consider bookwriting. On the strength of the above discourse, if we write, we hope to do the topic justice.
